RSDPLC is launching its electrifying Future Leadership Program and is currently seeking a Future Leadership Trainee to participate in an extensive, 24-month, well-structured training program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The Future Leadership Trainee program combines a series of rotations in various departments and training opportunities, with the purpose of preparing you for a leadership role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations. Partner with key mentors throughout program Maintains focus on safety in the workplace by complying with company safety procedures and practices Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, and selling philosophies Develop and maintain positive work habits that are conducive to company growth and profitability growth Execute other tasks as assigned Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines A good team player with strong leadership potential Perseverance and hard work to overcome challenges Passion and tendency to be a leader

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, BSc in Information Technology, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, combination of college training will be considered Graduate of 2023/24/25 Above 3.00 CGPA Strong oral and written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Goal oriented and self-motivated Strong leadership potential Ability to lead and function within team environments

Requirements

Graduate of 2023/24/25
Above 3.00 CGPA
