Responsibilities
  • To ensure that supply planning is consistent and optimized versus the forecasts/demand planning.
  • To maintain correct planning parameters in order to drive the SAP/APO planning system and optimize our Inventory by calculating and maintaining the planning systems in the ERPs such as the inventory parameters, safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time, and replenishment strategies.
  • To monitor and optimize lead times and minimum order quantities with all suppliers working together with procurement by defining annual order quantities plan and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers and sites
  • To implement inventory management strategies, guidelines and processes to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turns
  • To manage high-levels of inventory in-stock using data backed solutions to reduce stock outs while controlling capital usage
  • To define, plan, update, and ensure compliance of Replenishment Strategy & Supply Chain Parameters (stocking policy, time-phased safety stock, forecast upload and consumption rules, reorder point, ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and anticipation stocks, lead-time) & ensure master data consistency to achieve expected customer service while optimizing the health & level of inventory.
  • To assist in formulating the long or short-term rolling inventory plan to identify risks and opportunities
  • To manage ad-hoc supply planning issues as they arise
  • To prepare shipment plans for the local and import deliveries
  • To effectively track movement of overseas shipments for on-time
  • To control excess, destructions and obsolescence inventory and develop action plans and strategies to minimize and avoid it
  • To generate and analyze reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory turns, fill rates, and lead times, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • To collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage cash flow and ensure inventory investments are aligned with business goals
  • To conducting financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducts root case analysis when necessary.
  • To ensure effective and proper Inventory, Purchase Order & Master Data management in SAP

  • A Minimum of BA Degree in Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or any other related field of study with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in FMCG industry
